Where it all started...

MY STORY

I was born and raised in Montreal, Canada, to two hardworking parents who taught me the power of hard work and respect.

The creative kid I was, I would paint canvases and shoot pictures with my little 10-megapixel digital Canon that would fit in my pocket –  I haven’t looked back since. In high school (circa 2012) I started reselling sneakers to fund my sneaker addiction – it just so happened to make me enough for new camera gear too, which was great.

In 2015,  while studying in college to become a veterinarian, I had an idea of producing a local sneaker and apparel convention – as no such event was being regularly held in my hometown. Instead of waiting for someone to host one, I took measures into my own hands.

I founded Sneakpeak in late 2016 and hosted my first sneaker and apparel convention on March 4th, 2017. I was absolutely blown away when over 400 ecstatic Sneakerheads from across the province travelled to attend my first event, which solidified my belief that I had something worth investing in. I continued to build the company for the next 4 years and it has now become the biggest pop culture convention in Canada.

While studying for a bachelor’s degree in Marketing at John Molson School of Business all while growing Sneakpeak and our various social media accounts, I learned an array of valuable skills in multiple fields including branding, marketing, event organizing, content production and much more.

Creating photos and videos from a clear vision has gone from a hobby to a skill that I’m constantly honing through experimentation, trial and error and exciting new opportunities.

I truly believe human potential is limitless. We overestimate what we can do it a day and underestimate what we can do in a year. A lot of us don’t truly know what we want to do in life, sometimes out of fear of failure. But here me out…if I told you that you’d never fail, what would you do with your life?

You must set your own high-aiming goals, never let others set them for you – as the real risk is aiming too low. The best part about my story, about your story, about all our stories…is that the best is yet to come.
